Cleaning requests
Requests are reviewed; submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Availability and the final scope must be confirmed.
Pricing and recurring visits
Pricing is scope-dependent and provisional until confirmed. Eligible standard recurring residential discounts are weekly 20%, biweekly 15%, monthly 5%, beginning after the first completed cleaning. The first cleaning is full price. Commercial services do not receive residential discounts.
Deposits and payments
No website deposit is collected. Intended policy: customer-authorized card storage and charging after service is through ZenMaid, subject to actual ZenMaid and payment-provider configuration. This is not represented as operational or tested. This website does not collect card details or process payments.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Current terms request 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please contact the team to discuss changes.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection law.
